課程概述 |
This course is designed to illustrate the processes of strategy analysis, strategy formation, and strategy implementation. Class participants will learn to utilize detailed procedures for industrial competitive analysis and firm situation analysis, and try to apply the analyses to formulate and execute a firm’s competitive strategy. (Taught in Mandarin) |
